简介:对碳化硼-金属复合材料的研究现状进行了综述。着重从制备工艺、界面、润湿性、性能和应用5个方面阐述了近年来该材料的研究状况,并对其发展方向进行了展望。最后指出,电子工业将成为未来该材料的重要应用领域之一。
