摘要
Elbowdraft-tubesarewidelyusedinlargeandmedium-sizedhydropowerstationsinmanycountries.Duringtheapplication,handlingthesomatotypeofelbowtubeshasbeenfoundchallenging:inordertomaintainthedesignedshapeofdrafttubeandtomeettherequirementofconstructionlofting,theconfigurationofreinforcingbarsandthefabricationoftemplates,thegeometryofelbowtubeshastobeaccuratelycalculatedtodrawengineeringgraphics.Basedonthederivedequationsinthispaper,themotionofelbowtubecurveenvelopeissimulatedbyusingcomputers,whichshowsdirectlythesmoothnessofthecurveandprovidesdynamicsimulationforthestudyandoptimizationofthedesignandconstructionofelbowdrafttubes,alongwiththefrontviewandbottomview.
