摘要 Fivechiralstationaryphases(CSPs)wereusedtoseparatetheenantiomersofaseriesofO,O-diethyl(p-methyl-benzenesulfonamindo)-aryl(alkyl)-methylphosphonates.Achiralrecognitionmechanismwaspresentedtoexplaintheresolutionofthesecompounds.ResultsshowthatCSPwithstrongπ-acceptor3,5-dinitrobenzoylgroupandhighsterichindrancehasthebestresolutionabilityinchiralseparationofO,O-diethyi(p-methyl-benzenesulfonamindo)-aryl(alkyl)-methylphosphonates.WhenaCSPhasjustastrongπ-acceptor3,5-dinitrobenzoylorhighsterichindranceitdoesnothavegoodchiralresolutionability.ThechiralrecognitionismoredifficultwhentheCSPhasmorethanoneasymmetriccenter.
