Since1978,China’scoalindustryhaswitnessedrapidandhealthydevelopment.AsChinaisundergoingastructuraltransitiontoasocialistmarketeconomy,China’scoalindustrywillimplementamoreopenpolicy,createanidealinvestmentenvironmentandabroadinvestmentfieldforforeigninvestors,conductinternationaltechnicalexchangeandeconomiccooperationonthebasisofequalityandmutualbenefit,andpromotethetechnicalprogressandeconomicgrowthofChina’scoalindustry.
