A RIGIDITY THEOREM FOR NON-NEGATIVELY IMMERSED SUBMANIFOLDS

摘要 ThepaperistogeneralizetherigiditytheoremthatthespecialWeingartensurfaceisthespheretothecaseofsubmanifolds.Itisprovedthatanon-negativelyimmersedcompactsubmaifnoldinspaceformofconstantcurvatureisaRiemannianproductofseveraltotallyumbilicalsubmanifoldsifthemeancurvatureandthescalarcurvatureofthesubmanifoldsatisfyacertainfunctionrelation.
