摘要
Bamboodeteriorationcausedbylightbecomesasignificantproblemasapplicationofbambooextendsfromindoortooutdoor.Thecolorandroughnessofbambooaretwoimportantexteriorperformances.ThisstudyfocusedonUVresistantnanocompositescoatingsforexterioruseandwhataimedtofindaformulationwhichcouldenhancethedurabilityofbamboo.Fourkindsoffilm-formingmaterialsandfourkindsofnanoparticleswereusedtoimprovebambooexteriorperformance.Thecolorandroughnessofnanocompositescoatingsweremeasuredduringacceleratedweathering.Artificialagingtimewas174hatthetemperatureof50℃.TheexperimentshowednanocompositescoatingshadsignificantimprovementinUV-shieldingandnearlyallthesamplespresentedadarkeningtendencyinΔL*andincreasingtendencyinΔa*,ΔE*andΔRa.TheorthogonalexperimentobtainedtheleastchangeincolorandRawhichcouldbeachievedwithnanocompositescoatingmadebymelamineresinandTiO2whena*wasconsideredasanimportantindex.Film-formingmaterialwastheonlyfactorwhichhadsignificantinfluenceoncolorandroughnesswhena*wasnotconsideredasimportantindex,thenmelamineresinwasthebestchoice.
