摘要
Compositediaphragminflation(CDI)experimentisausefulmethodologyforexploringthemechanicsrelationofcell-celljunctionswithinalivingepithelialsheet.Inthispaper,anewmethodologyofCDIexperimenthasbeenputforward.Thefinitedeformationofacircularpolydimezhylsiloxaneelastomericmembrane,whichisusedasthesubstrateforthecultureofepithelialcells,underhydrostaticpressureisexploredbythetheoryofnon-linearcontinuummechanics.Thesimplifiedgoverningequationswithminimumamountofdifferentialequationsandboundaryconditionsareobtainedandsolvedbymultipleshootingmethod.Theinfluencesonthemembranebyhydrostaticpressurehavebeendiscussed.
