摘要
WeconsideranMX/G/1queueingsystemwithtwophasesofheterogeneousserviceandBernoullivacationschedulewhichoperateunderalinearretrialpolicy.Inaddition,eachindividualcustomerissubjecttoacontroladmissionpolicyuponthearrival.ThismodelgeneralizesboththeclassicalM/G/1retrialqueuewitharrivalsinbatchesandatwophasebatcharrivalqueuewithasinglevacationunderBernoullivacationschedule.Wewillcarryoutanextensivestationaryanalysisofthesystem,includingexistenceofthestationaryregime,embeddedMarkovchain,steadystatedistributionoftheserverstateandnumberofcustomerintheretrialgroup,stochasticdecompositionandcalculationofthefirstmoment.
