Mechanical tension promotes skin nerve regeneration by upregulating nerve growth factor expression

摘要 Thisstudyaimedtoexploretheroleofmechanicaltensioninhypertrophicscarsandthechangeinnervedensityusinghematoxylin-eosinstainingandS100immunohistochemistry,andtoobservetheexpressionofnervegrowthfactorbywesternblotanalysis.Theresultsdemonstratedthatmechanicaltensioncontributedtotheformationofahyperplasticscarinthebackskinofrats,inconjunctionwithincreasesinbothnervedensityandnervegrowthfactorexpressioninthescartissue.Theseexperimentalfindingsindicatethatthecutaneousnervoussystemplaysaroleinhypertrophicscarformationcausedbymechanicaltension.
