摘要
Anovelhighlyporous3-Dpoly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)scaffoldwithmicro-channelswasfabricatedbyinjectionmoldinganddiluentaceticacidsleachingtechnologies.Inthisstudy,thechitosanfiberwasemployedtoformthemicrochannelinPCLmatrix.Themorphology,porosityandmechanicalpropertiesofthescaffoldswerestudiedandcalculated.Itwasfoundthatthelargerthecontentofchitosanfiberis,thehighertheporositywouldbe,duetothevolumetricexpansionofchitosanfiberinPCLmatrixduringitbeingleached.Inaddition,thelessthecontentofchitosanfiberis,thehigherthecompressivemoduluswouldbe.
