摘要 Anumericalsimulationofstochasticdamaseevolutionprocessintheconditionoflowcyclefatigueloadingisdiscussed.Therelationsbetweendamagevariablesandmicro-cracksareob-tainedbymeansofthemicro-mechanicsmodeloftherepresentativevolumeelementproposedbyLemaitreandDufailiy.Thestochasticinitialdamagevaluesareintroducedinconsiderationoftheinherentmicro-defectsinmaterials.Themodelcombinedwithafiniteelementmethodisappliedtosimulatethedamageevolutionprocessunderlowcyclefatigueloading.Themicro-cracksonthesurfaceofaspecimenof19Mn6alloysteelaremeasuredwithareplicatechnique.Thenumericalresultsshowthatthenor.homogeneityofdamageandthelocalizationofthefatiguefailurearewellshownbytheproposedsimulations,andthefatiguelivesarereasonablypredicted.
