摘要
Objective:Todescribeaprotocolforrecordingelectricalpotentialsfromthescalamedia,saccule,andutricleinmice.Method:CBA/Jmicewereusedandpotentialswererecordedwithglasselectrodesinsertedthroughthebasilarmembraneusingapatchclampsystem.Results:Restingpotentialsweresuccessfullyrecordedfromthescalamedia,sacculeandutricleusingdescribedprotocols.Conclusions:Withthemethoddescribed,onecanmeasurerestingpotentialsfromthescalamedia,sacculeandutricle,aswellascochlearmicrophonics(CM)andevenauditorynervecompoundactionpotentials(CAP),inasinglemouse.
