摘要
Byintroducingtheextremumlawofenergydissipationrateintotheinvestigationofturbulentflow,theclosureproblemforthebasicequationsisbrieflydiscussedinconnectionwithanewlysuggestedsemi-empiricalturbulentflowmodel.Asaresult,severalunknownfunctionswhichcannotbesolvedbytheexistedsemi-empiricalmodelsareobtainedinthepresentpaper.Itisshownthattheturbulentflowmodels,astheconstraintstotheextremumproblem,havedirectinfluenceonthefinalresultsoftheprimaryparameters.
