Radiometric calibration of hyper-spectral imaging spectrometer based on optimizing multi-spectral band selection

摘要 Hyper-spectralimagingspectrometerhashighspatialandspectralresolution.Itsradiometriccalibrationneedstheknowledgeofthesourcesusedwithhighspectralresolution.Inordertosatisfytherequirementofsource,anon-orbitradiometriccalibrationmethodisdesignedinthispaper.Thischainisbasedonthespectralinversionaccuracyofthecalibrationlightsource.Wecompilethegeneticalgorithmprogresswhichisusedtooptimizethechanneldesignofthetransferradiometerandconsiderthedegradationofthehalogenlamp,thusrealizingthehighaccuracyinversionofspectralcurveinthewholeworkingtime.Theexperimentalresultsshowtheaveragerootmeansquarederroris0.396%,themaximumrootmeansquarederroris0.448%,andtherelativeerrorsatallwavelengthsarewithin1%inthespectralrangefrom500nmto900nmduring100hoperatingtime.Thedesignlaysafoundationforthehighaccuracycalibrationofimagingspectrometer.
