摘要
AsoneofthedevelopingcountriesChinahasanarablelandpercapitafarbelowtheworld'saveragelevel.Withahigh-densitypopulationanthequickdevelopmentofeconomyandurbaniztion,theYangtzeRiverDeltashowsthetypicalcharacteristicsoflanduseindevelopedregionsofChina,whichare:highlandreclamationrateandlowarablelandpercapita;intensivelanduseandhighoutputvalue;andrapidincreasingofconstructionlandareaandfastdiminishingofarableland.TheanalysisindicatesthattheprocessofthearablelandchangesintheYangtzeRiverDeltacouldbedividedintofourdifferentchangestagesoverthepast50years.
