摘要
ThispapertestifiesthataluminiumandsiliconaswellastheircarbidexandnitridescanreactwithCOincarbon-containingzonetoformAl2O3andSiOgasthroughexperimentandthermodyanmicanalysis,ThegasesdiffusetooxidizedzoneandreactwithoxidizerssuchasCO2,Asaresult,Al2O3andSiO2aredepositedfromthegases,wihichblockthepores,thusreducetheamountofgasdiffusionandincreaseoxidationresistnaceofcarbon-containingmaterials.
