摘要
Sincethe1970s,therehavebeenmoreandmoreuncertaintiesinthelivingenvironmentfacedbyenterprises.Today,duetothetrendofeconomicglobalization,Chinaisalsoactivelyinvolvedinthewaveoftheworldeconomytopromoteeconomicdevelopment.Roleoftheleaderisparticularlyimportantandinorganizationalchange,theleader’sstyleandbehaviorcanevendeterminetheresultoforganizationalchange.Butinthedifferentdevelopmentstages,theleadershipstylewillbedifferent.Therefore,thispaperaimstostudythetwoissues,thatis,howtheleadershipstylechangesunderdifferentdevelopmentstagesofcorporatesandwhatthecharacteristicsoftheleaderareinthedifferentstagesoforganizationalchange.Thispaperwillusetheresearchmethodofcasestudy,selectingLenovoandHaiertomakeacomprehensiveanalysis.Italsofillsthevacanciesforacademicresearchontherelationshipamongleadership,organizationalchange,andorganizationalmanagementinChina.
