摘要
TheChina-proposedSilkRoadEconomicBeltandthe21stCenturyMaritimeSilkRoad,asagrandinitiativefordeepeningregionalcooperationwithcountriesalongtheroutes,covervariousfieldsincludingeconomics,societyandculture.Butamongthem,energyandresourcecooperationisthemostpracticalandfeasiblewayfortheBeltandRoadtotakeroot,giventheeconomicendowment,developmentneedsandcomplementaryadvantagesofthevariouscountriesconcerned,aswellastheexistingfoundationandconditionsforcooperationbetweenChinaandcountriesalongtheroutes.Therefore,energyandresourcecooperationshouldbeafocusandpriorityforChinawhenexploringcooperationwiththeBeltandRoadcountries,anditshouldbeadvancedthroughconcretemeasures.
