摘要
Ultrafastfiberlasersareingreatdemandforvariousapplications,suchasopticalcommunication,spectroscopy,biomedicaldiagnosis,andindustrialfabrication.Here,wereportthehighlystablefemtosecondpulsegenerationfromaMXenemode-lockedfiberlaser.Wehavepreparedthehigh-qualityTi3C2Txnanosheetsviatheetchingmethod,andcharacterizedtheirultrafastdynamicsandbroadbandnonlinearopticalresponses.Theobviousintensity-andwavelength-dependentnonlinearresponseshavebeenobservedandinvestigated.Inaddition,ahighlystablefemtosecondfiberlaserwithsignal-to-noiseratioupto70.7dBandcentralwavelengthof1567.3nmhasbeendelivered.Thestudymayprovidesomevaluabledesignguidelinesforthedevelopmentofultrafast,broadbandnonlinearopticalmodulators,andopennewavenuestowardadvancedphotonicdevicesbasedonMXenes.
