摘要 Wedemonstratebinaryphaseshiftkeying(BPSK)modulationusingasiliconMach–Zehndermodulatorwithaπ-phase-shiftvoltage(Vπ)of-4.5V.Thesingle-drivepush–pulltravelingwaveelectrodehasbeenoptimizedusingnumericalsimulationswitha3dBelectro-opticbandwidthof35GHz.The32Gb/sBPSKconstellationdiagramismeasuredwithanerrorvectormagnitudeof18.9%.
