摘要
Carbon-basematerialsisoneofcandidateplasmafacingmaterialsandhavebeenwidelyusedincurrenttokamakfacilitiesintheworld.Butsomedefectpropertiesarepresentedonhighyieldofchemicalsputtering,highyieldofradiationenhancementsublimate(RES),crackingafterheatfluxindivertorandsoon.Thesecharacterisarerelatedtotheinterstitialcarbonatomproducingandmobile,soitcanbeimprovedbydopedsomelittleotherelementsintothecarbon-basematerials,suchasboron,silicon,titaniumandsoon.
