摘要
摘要目的了解不同孕妇人群(按地域分为非沪籍与沪籍)妊娠期压力及社会支持的现状,探讨两者之间的差异.方法使用妊娠压力量表和社会支持量表对４９２例孕妇进行问卷调查.结果非沪籍孕妇妊娠压力值高于沪籍孕妇(P＜０．０５),而社会支持总分低于沪籍孕妇(P＜０．０５),孕妇妊娠压力与社会支持各因子呈不同程度负相关(P＜０．０５).结论非沪籍孕妇妊娠压力较高,而社会支持水平较低,应提供相应地心理支持和社会支持,使其以良好的心理状态渡过妊娠期.关键词不同孕妇人群;妊娠压力;社会支持;差异AbstractObjectiveToinvestigatethestatusofpregnancypressureandsocialsupportamongthedifferentgroupsofpregnantwomen(geographicallydiＧvidedintothefieldandShanghai),andthentodiscussthedifferences．MethodsAtotalof４９２pregnantwomenwereinvestigatedbyusingPregnancyPressureScale(PPS)andSocialSupportRatingScale(SSRS)．ResultsThepregnancypressureoftheoutlanderswashigherthanthatoftheShanghai(P＜０．０５),butthetotalscoreofsocialsupportwaslowerthanthatofShanghaipregnantwomen(P＜０．０５)．Thepregnancypressurewassignificantlynegativelyrelatedtoallfactorsofsocialsupport(P＜０．０５)．ConclusionTheoutlanderpregnantwomenhavehigherpregnancypressureandlowersocialsupport．ItissuggestedtoprovidecertainspecificKepysywcohrodlsogicalsupportandsocialsupporttohelpthemspendtlleperiodofpreganacy．Differentgroupsofpregnantwomen;Pregnancypressure;socialsupport;Differences中图分类号R４７１文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０２２２－０２
