摘要
摘要目的分析研究规范治疗结核性脑膜炎的效果.方法选择８９例结核性脑膜炎患者进行治疗,根据患者的具体情况进行抗结核、激素等药物综合治疗.结果结合病人接受治疗前后的表现统计得到治疗有效率为１００％,其中治愈人数为４０例,病情好转人数为４９例.所有病人均未患有后遗症.结论针对病人具体情况采取不同的治疗手段,可以有效改善病情,提高治愈率,达到患者早日康复的目的.关键词结核性脑膜炎;规范治疗;神经内科AbstractObjectivetoanalyzetheeffectoftheresearchonthetreatmentoftuberculousmeningitis．Methods８９casesoftuberculousmeningitispatientsweretreated,accordingtothespecificcircumstancesofpatientswithtuberculosis,hormone,andothercomprehensivetreatment．ResultstheperformancestatisＧticsofpatientstreatedwiththepatientsbeforeandaftertreatmentwereobtainedtheeffectiverateoftreatmentwas１００％,thenumberofpatientswas４０,andthenumberofpatientswas４９cases．Allpatientshadnosequelae．Conclusiondifferenttreatmentmethodsforpatientswithspecificcircumstances,caneffectivelyimprovKeeythweocrodnsdition,improvethecurerate,toachievethepurposeoftheearlyrecoveryofpatients．tuberculousmeningitis;standardtreatment;nerveDepartmentofInternalMedicine中图分类号R５２９．３文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１３７１－０２
