摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊部分切除术在复杂胆囊手术中的临床应用价值。 方法 回顾性分析 2015年 7月～ 2017年 4月在我院行腹腔镜胆囊部分切除术的 71例患者的临床资料。 结果 68例患者完成腹腔镜胆囊部分切除，因术中出血中转开腹 2例，术后发生胆瘘 1例，经非手术治疗痊愈出院。 结论 腹腔镜胆囊部分切除术在复杂胆囊手术中能简化手术、降低手术风险，严格掌握适应证是保证手术安全的关键。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical application value of laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy in complex cholecystectomy. Methods the clinical data of 71 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from July 2015 to April 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 68 patients completed laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 2 patients were converted to laparotomy due to intraoperative hemorrhage, and 1 patient had bile fistula after operation. Conclusion laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy can simplify the operation and reduce the risk of the operation in the complex gallbladder operation. The key to ensure the safety of the operation is to strictly grasp the indications.
