摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 探讨 立体定向射频温控热凝术（ PRF ） 与微血管减压术（ MVD ） 治疗三叉神经痛的效果。 方法 选择我院收治的 64 例 三叉神经痛患者 ，随机分为 2 组，各 32 例 。对照组采用 MVD ，观察组使用 PRF ，比较两组术后情况。 结果 两组 VAS 评分均降低， P＜ 0.05； 观察组有效率、 并发症发生率略低 ， VAS 评分、 复发率略高， P＞ 0.05。 结论 PRF 与 MVD 治疗三叉神经痛疗效均确切， MVD 复发率低，而 PRF 并发症少。
[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of stereotactic radiofrequency thermocoagulation (PRF) and microvascular decompression (MVD) in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods ： 64 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups, 32 in each group. MVD was used in the control group and PRF was used in the observation group. Results： T he VAS score of the two groups decreased (P < 0.05), the effective rate and complication rate of the observation group were slightly lower, the VAS score and recurrence rate were slightly higher (P > 0.05). Conclusion： B oth PRF and MVD are effective in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia, the recurrence rate of MVD is low, and the complications of PRF are few.
