摘要
[摘要 ]目的：评价经阴道彩超联合腹部超声在异位妊娠中的诊断意义。方法：针对我院妇产科收治的疑似异位妊娠患者 103例作为观察对象（ 2017年 3月至 2019年 9月），针对 103例疑似异位妊娠患者分别实施腹部超声诊断（对照组）及阴道彩超联合腹部超声诊断（研究组），对比两组诊断方式的诊断价值。结果：两组诊断后对比的诊断准确率、特异性、敏感度存在显著差异（ p<0.0.05），有统计学意义。结论：针对疑似异位妊娠患者实施阴道彩超联合腹部超声诊断的诊断价值较高，便于检出异位妊娠的类型，为临床治疗方案提供参考。

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 103 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were observed (from March 2017 to September 2019). 103 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound (control group) and vaginal color ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound (Study Group), and the diagnostic value of the two groups were compared. Results: there were significant differences in accuracy, specificity and sensitivity between the two groups (P < 0.0.05). Conclusion: the value of vagina color ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of suspected ectopic pregnancy is high, which is convenient to detect the type of ectopic pregnancy and provide reference for clinical treatment.
