饮食护理干预对改善胃炎胃溃疡患者生存质量的影响

摘要   【摘要】目的 探析在胃炎胃溃疡患者中应用饮食护理干预对生存质量的改善效果。方法 择取我院 22例胃炎胃溃疡患者,均行以饮食护理干预,对照分析护理干预前后患者的生存质量。结果 相比于护理干预前,护理干预后患者生存质量各项指标评分均明显提高, P<0.05。结论 在胃炎胃溃疡患者中应用饮食护理干预可以有效改善生存质量,具有显著临床价值。    【关键词】饮食护理干预 ;胃炎胃溃疡 ;生存质量效果    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of diet nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer. Methods 22 patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer in our hospital were selected, all of them were given diet nursing intervention, and the quality of life of the patients before and after the nursing intervention was analyzed. Results compared with before nursing intervention, the scores of all indexes of quality of life of patients after nursing intervention were significantly improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of diet nursing intervention in patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer can effectively improve the quality of life, which has significant clinical value.
