摘要
【摘要】 目的：针对助产士心理护理对降低社会因素剖宫产率产生的影响进行探究分析。方法 ：随机选择 2018年 1月～ 2019年 1月，进入产房阴道试产的产妇 120例，作为本次研究的对象，我院产科于 2017年 4月实施责任制护理，对照组为 2017年 1月～ 2018年 1月进入产房阴道试产的产妇 120例。对两组病例的剖宫产率和护理满意度进行分析比较。 结果 ： 观察组和对照组产妇的剖宫产率有显著的差异，观察组病例的剖宫产率为 36.67%，对照组病例的剖宫产率为 56.67%， P<0.05，具有统计学意义。其中观察组产妇的社会因素剖宫产率为 10.00%，对照组产妇的社会因素剖宫产率为 31.67%，两组产妇的社会因素剖宫产率有显著的差异， P<0.05，具有统计学意义。对照组的护理满意度为 78.33%，观察组的护理满意度为 96.67%， P<0.05，具有统计学意义。 结论： 在产妇分娩过程中，助产士对其进行护理干预，可以降低产妇的剖宫几率，降低社会因素对产妇分娩产生的影响，降低产妇分娩的痛苦，可以将助产士心理护理在临床护理中进行推广。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore and analyze the influence of midwives' psychological nursing on the reduction of cesarean section rate caused by social factors. Methods: a total of 120 parturients were randomly selected from January 2018 to January 2019 for vaginal trial delivery. As the object of this study, the obstetrics department of our hospital implemented responsibility nursing in April 2017, and the control group was 120 parturients from January 2017 to January 2018. The cesarean section rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: there was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the rate of cesarean section. The rate of cesarean section was 36.67% in the observation group and 56.67% in the control group, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. The rate of social factor cesarean section in the observation group was 10.00%, and that in the control group was 31.67%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 78.33%, and that of the observation group was 96.67%, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: in the process of parturient delivery, the midwife's nursing intervention can reduce the rate of cesarean section, the impact of social factors on parturient delivery, reduce the pain of parturient delivery, and promote the midwife's psychological nursing in clinical nursing.
