摘要
Asimulationmodelisintroducedaboutthenon-linearityprocessofshort-circuitingtransferinCO2arcweldingfordisplayingtheinteractionbetweentheinverterpowersourceandweldingarcunderwaveformcontrol.Inthesimulationmodel,thefeedbacksignalsofcurrentandvoltagearetakenrespectivelyatthedifferentphaseinashortcircuitperiodictimeandappliedtothePWM(pulsewidthmodulation)moduleinamodelofinverterpowersourcetocontroltheoutputofpowersource.ThesimulationoperationaboutthedynamicprocessofCO2short-circuitingtransferweldingisimplementedonthefoundedsimulationmodelwithapeakarccurrentof400Aandapeakvoltageof35V,producingthedynamicarcwaveformswhichcanembodytheeffectofinverterharmonicwave.Thesimulatingwaveformsareclosetothatofweldingexperiments.
