摘要
Thispapermainlyconcentratedonthefeasibilityoffrictionstirweldingofdissimilarmetalofaluminumalloytocopper(T2)andapreliminaryanalysisofweldingparametersinfluencingonthemicrostructuresandpropertiesofjointwascarriedout.Theresultsindicatedthatthethicknessofworkpieceplayedanimportantroleintheweldingparameterswhichcouldsucceedinthefrictionstirweldingofdissimilarmetalofcoppertoaluminumalloy,andtheparameterswereprovedtobeanarrowchoice.Theinterfacialregionbetweencopperandaluminuminthedissimilarjointwasnotuniformlymixed,constitutedwithpartofincompletemixingzone,completemixingzone,dispersionzoneandthemostregion’sboundarywasobvious.Meantimeakindbandedstructurewithinhomogeneouswidthwasformed.TheintermetalliccompoundsgeneratedduringfrictionstirweldingintheinterfacialregionweremainlyCu9Al4,Al2Cuetc,andtheirhardnesswashigherthanothers.
