摘要
ColdMetalTransfer(CMT)weldingtechniqueisanewweldingtechniqueintroducedbyFroniuscompany.CMTweldingofnickel-basedalloywithstainlesssteelwascarriedoutusingCuSi3fillerwireinthispaper.Effectsofweldingparameters,includingweldingcurrent,weldingspeed,etc,onweldsurfaceappearanceweretested.MicrostructureandmechanicalpropertiesofCMTweldwerestudied.Theresultsshowthatthethicknessofinterfacereactionlayerofthenickel-basedalloyis14.3μm,whichisonly4.33%ofbasematerial.Theweldismadeupoftwophases,α-copperandiron-basedsolidsolution.Ruptureoccursinitiallyattheweldedseamneartheedgeofstainlesssteelinsheartest.ThemaximumshearstrengthoftheCuSi3weldedjointis184.9MPa.
