摘要
借助于Tersoff和莫尔斯潜力,三维的分子的动力学模拟被执行显微镜学切在硅上学习原子力量单音的水晶表面。内部在细工品和大头针工具和细工品的原子之间的原子力量自己被计算。螺丝钉脱臼被介绍进细工品Si。脱臼的运动不在切处理的原子力量显微镜学期间发生,这被发现。模拟结果证明shear强调对脱臼起作用在Si的收益力量下面是远的。
