摘要
Duetotheindividualelectricalandmechanicalcharacteristicsofresistanceweldingmachines,choiceoftherightmachineandweldingparametersforanoptimizedproductionisoftendifficult.Thisisespeciallythecaseinprojectionweldingofcomplexjoints.Inthispaper,anewapproachofcharacterizingtheelectricalpropertiesofACresistanceweldingmachinesispresented,involvingtestingandmathematicalmodellingoftheweldcurrent,thefiringangleandtheconductionangleofsiliconcontrolledrectifierswiththeaidofaseriesofproofresistances.Themodelpredictstheweldcurrentandtheconductionangle(orheatsetting)ateachsetcurrent,whentheworkpieceresistanceisgiven.
