Microbial Community Structure of Casing Soil During Mushroom Growth

摘要 Theculturablebacterialpopulationandphospholipidfattyacid(PLFA)profileofcasingsoilwereinvestigatedatdifferentmushroom(Agaricusbisporus)croppingstages.ThechangeinsoilbacterialPLFAswasalwaysaccompaniedbyachangeinthesoilculturablebacterialpopulationinthefirstflush.ComparativelyhigherculturablebacterialpopulationandbacterialPLFAswerefoundinthecasingsoilattheprimordiaformationstageofthefirstflush.TherewasasignificantincreaseintheratiooffungaltobacterialPLFAsduringmushroomgrowth.MultivariateanalysisofPLFAdatademonstratedthatthemushroomcroppingstagecouldconsiderablyaffectthemicrobialcommunitystructureofthecasingsoil.Thebacterialpopulationincreasedsignificantlyfromcasingsoilapplicationtotheprimordiaformationstageofthefirstflush.Casingsoilapplicationresultedinanincreaseintheratioofgram-negativebacterialPLFAstogram-positivebacterialPLFAs,suggestingthatsomegram-negativebacteriamightplayanimportantroleinmushroomsporophoreinitiation.
