A new synchronization control circuit based on FPGA for the laser range-gated imaging system

摘要 Synchronizationcontrolisakerneltechniqueofthelaserrange-gated(LRG)imagingsystemwhichcontrolsthesynchronizationofthepulsedlaserandtheICCDcameradirectly.Itcanachieverangegatingeffectivelyandimprovetheresolutionofimageprecisely.Conventionalcontrolcircuitswhicharecomposedofdiscretecomponentshaveapoorperformanceofanti-interference,andthetransmittingsignalhasabaddelaywhichaffectstheconventionalcircuit'sprecisionandstabilizationseriously.Tosolvetheseproblems,arange-gatedsynchronizationcontrolcircuitisdesigned.Thiscircuit,whichtakestheadvantagesofFPGA'shighcompactandflexibility,usesthephase-locking-loop(PLL)tomultiplytheglobalclockfrequency.Thisdesignimprovestheprecisionandstabilizationgreatly,makestheprecisionuptoananosecondlevelandprovidesareal-timeselectionofthevaluesofpulsewidthanddelays.Experimentsresultsindicatethatthiscircuithasahighpreciseandstablerange-gatedpulse.
