摘要 Amonolithichybridfuelcell(MHFC)withanovelconfigurationwasproposedinanefforttoimprovethefuelcellperformanceduringinstantaneouspowerchanges.Amodifieddirectmethanolfuelcell(DMFC)withalayerofhydrousrutheniumdioxide(RuO2·xH2O)sandwichedbetweentheanodecatalystlayerandmembranewasusedtodemonstratetheprincipleoftheMHFC.ExperimentalresultsindicatethattheRuO2·xH2Olayerisequivalenttoaresistor-capacitortransmissionlineandfunctionssimilartoacapacitorinparallelwiththeanodeelectrode.TheimprovementindynamicresponseoftheMHFCwasexperimentallyconfirmedunderstepcurrentchangeandsquarecurrentpulseoperating.TheionicconductivityoftheRuO2·xH2Olayerwasalsoobtained.
