摘要
Thispaperanalyzesafinite-bufferrenewalinputsingleserverdiscrete-timequeueingsystemwithmultipleworkingvacations.Theserverworksatadifferentrateratherthancompletelystoppingworkingduringthemultipleworkingvacations.Theservicetimesduringaserviceperiod,servicetimeduringavacationperiodandvacationtimesaregeometricallydistributed.ThequeueisanalyzedusingthesupplementaryvariableandtheimbeddedMarkov-chaintechniques.Weobtainsteady-statesystemlengthdistributionsatpre-arrival,arbitraryandoutsideobserver'sobservationepochs.Theanalysisofactualwaiting-timedistributionandsomeperformancemeasuresarecarriedout.Wepresentsomenumericalresultsanddiscussspecialcasesofthemodel.
