简介:Anovelsurface-enhancedRamanscattering(SERS)-activesubstratebasedonAunanoparticles(AuNPs)-coatedsilvernanowire(AgNW)isobtainedbyaneffectiveandsimplemethod.TheresultsshowthatthehybridstructurespreparedbythismethodarepowerfulSERS-activesubstratesforthedetectionofmalachitegreen(MG)moleculeswiththelimitof1nmol/L.Theexcellentenhancingabilitymainlycomesfromtwokindsofhotspots.OneisfromthegapsamongtheadjacentAuNPs,andtheotheristhepresenceofzonebetweenAuNPsandAgNW.Inparticular,theAuNPs-coatedAgNWcanbeviewedthroughtheobjectiveoftheconfocalRamanspectrometerduetothelengthoftheAgNWreachesmicrons,whichcanimprovetherepeatabilityofdetection.Moreover,itisofgreatsignificanceinresearchofSERSmechanismandapplication.
