简介：　　 [摘要 ]目的：探讨活动义齿种植术对口腔修复的疗效。方法：随机选取 2017年 2月至 2020年 2月我院口腔科收治的 100例需要进行口腔活动义齿修复的患者作为研究。将其分为对照组和观察组，对照组采取传统活动义齿修复治疗方案，观察组采取活动义齿种植术，比较两种的治疗效果。结果：对照组对口腔修复的满意度为 80%，观察组队口腔修复的满意度为 96%，观察组患者的满意度明显优于对照组。两种患者具有统计学意义。结论：通过采取活动义齿种植术不仅可以降低患者异物感，而且还能大大提高患者的咀嚼效率，具有很高的临床推广价值。  　　 [关键词 ]活动义齿种植术 ;口腔修复 ;满意度  　 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of removable denture implantation on oral restoration. Methods: 100 cases of patients who need oral removable denture restoration were randomly selected from February 2017 to February 2020 in our hospital. The patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with traditional removable denture restoration, and the observation group was treated with removable denture implantation. Results: the satisfaction of the control group was 80%, and that of the observation group was 96%. The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Two kinds of patients had statistical significance. Conclusion: removable denture implantation can not only reduce the foreign body sensation of patients, but also greatly improve the masticatory efficiency of patients, which has a high clinical value.
