简介：Inordertoimprovethecarsalesservice4Sshopmanagementlevel,improvetheeconomicandsocialbenefitsofenterprises,incentivesareusedtoencouragetheirown4sshops.Inthispaper,throughouttherelatedanalysisofthequarterlyandannualawardsincentiveprograminlarge-scaledomesticautomobileenterprises,entropymethodwithMATLABsoftwareisappliedtoestablishthedimensionalfitfunction.Inthedataprocessing,themultiplelinearregressionfunctionintoLingosoftwareisemployedtogetthebestsolution;andClanguageisusedtorunthescreeningdataprogramthroughtheconsistencytestprograminthesensitivityanderroranalysis.Firstofall,considerthecompanytomaximizeprofitsandmaximizetheamountofcomplaintsinthestoretomaintainalowtarget;intermsofstaff,weshouldconsiderprovidingmoreincentivesforemployees;inthecustomer,theoverallsatisfaction,serviceAttitude,vehiclecleanlinessbasedshouldbeimproved.Andtwoprogramsforthemonthlyprofitandexcessprofitsofprogressiveincentivesshouldalsobeimproved.
