简介：目的：探讨超声乳化术治疗特殊类型白内障的安全性和有效性。方法：回顾性分析临床资料，研究超声乳化吸出（联合）人工晶状体植入术治疗青光眼术后白内障、小瞳孔白内障、葡萄膜炎并发白内障和外伤后并发白内障等特殊类型白内障的技术要领。结果：进行治疗的73例84眼特殊类型白内障患者中，单纯行超声乳化术27例28眼，植入后房型人工晶状体52眼，植入前房型人工晶状体4眼；术后1mo平均眼压12.72±2.63mmHg，脱盲率99%，脱残率96%；并发症发生率4%。结论：特殊类型白内障手术难度大，超声乳化术切口小，可保留晶状体后囊膜和植入人工晶状体，是摘除特殊类型白内障的理想术式。

简介：目的分析Nd：YAG激光行后囊膜切开术治疗白内障复明手术后不同类型后发性白内障的治疗作用与术后并发症。方法对白内障复明手术后,109例（109眼）后发性白内障依据后囊昆浊形态分为：A组Elschnig珍珠样小体型46例（46眼）,B组纤维化型63例（63眼）。采用十字形切开法或开罐式切开法进行激光后囊膜切开术,比较两组激光术前最佳矫正视力与激光术后最佳矫正视力以及激光术后并发症情况。结果A、B两组内激光术后最佳矫正视力较激光术前最佳矫正视力改善（P〈0.05）;A组术后眼压升高和房水闪辉明显高于B组（P〈0.05）。结论Nd：YAG激光是治疗白内障复明手术后不同类型后发障的常用有效的治疗方法,激光术后并发症与后发性白内障类型有关。

简介：目的观察白内障冷冻囊内摘除术后二期人工晶状体植入疗效.方法对134例134眼白内障冷冻囊内摘除术后元晶状体眼随机分为两组,第一组弹性开放襻前房型人工晶状体植入组共70眼;第二组为后房型人工晶状体缝线固定组共66眼.结果两组病例术后矫正视力均达到术前矫正视力或超过,矫正视力0.5以上超过60%,两组病例视力差异元明显统计学意义.结论白内障囊内摘除术无晶状体眼两种类型人工晶状体二期植入均具有良好的治疗效果.

简介：AIM:Toassesstheawarenessofeyecomplicationsandtheprevalenceofretinopathy,inthefirstvisittoeyeclinic,amongtype2diabeticpatientsattendingatertiarymedicalcentreinKualaLumpur,Malaysia.METHODS:Aninvestigator-administeredquestionnairewasgivento137patientswithdiabetesundergoingfirsttimeeyescreeningintheeyeclinic.Thiswasfollowedbyadetailedfundusexaminationbyaseniorophthalmologisttoassessforpresenceofretinopathy.RESULTS:Almost86%ofrespondentswereawareofdiabeticeyecomplications,especiallyinpatientswhohadachievedtertiaryeducationallevel(96.3%).Themajorityofthepatients(78.8%)werereferredbytheirphysiciansandonly20.4%cameontheirowninitiative.Manyofthepatients(43.8%)didnotknowhowfrequenttheyshouldgoforaneyecheck-upand72.3%didnotknowwhattreatmentswereavailable.Lackofunderstandingondiabeticeyediseases(68.6%)wasthemainbarrierformostpatientsfornotcomingforeyescreeningearlier.Despiteahighlevelofawareness,only21.9%hadrecordedHbA1clevelof<6.5%while31.4%wereundertheerroneousassumptionofhavingagoodbloodsugarcontrol.Atotalof29.2%haddiabeticretinopathyintheirfirstvisiteyetesting.CONCLUSION:Inthepresentstudy,29.2%oftype2diabeticpatientshadretinopathyintheirfirsttimeeyetesting.Althoughtheawarenessofdiabeticeyecomplicationswashighamongfirsttimeeyescreeningpatients,theappropriateeyecare-seekingbehaviorwascomparativelylessandshouldberectifiedtopreventtheriseofthissightthreateningeyedisease.

简介：目的:通过测定糖尿病性白内障患者血清中糖代谢指标、胰岛素抵抗与房水和血清中炎症因子的水平,探讨其相关性。方法:随机选取我院2017-02/2018-01糖尿病性白内障患者69例(观察组)和白内障患者65例(对照组),检测两组患者血清中糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)的水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR);同时检测房水和血清中的胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量,对HbA1c、HOMA-IR与房水和血清中IGF-1、IL-6含量进行相关性分析。结果:对照组血清中的FPG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR,以及房水和血清中IGF-1、IL-6含量显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。HbA1c与房水及血清中的IGF-1和IL-6均呈正相关(P<0.05)。HOMA-IR与房水及血清中的IGF-1和IL-6均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病性白内障患者HbA1c、HOMA-IR与房水及血清中的IGF-1、IL-6含量具有相关性,通过对上述指标的测定可以辅助判断病情。

简介：AIM:ToinvestigatetheexpressionsoftypeIcollagen,α2integrinandβ1integrinintheposteriorscleraofguineapigswithdefocusmyopiaandwhetherbasicfibroblastgrowthfactor(bFGF)injectioninhibitstheformationanddevelopmentofmyopiabyupregulatingtheexpressionoftypeIcollagen,α2integrinandβ1integrin.METHODS:After14daysoftreatment,therefractivestateandaxiallengthweremeasuredandthelevelsoftypeIcollagen,α2integrinandβ1integrinwereassayedintheposteriorscleraeofgroupsofguineapigsthatworeamonocular-7Dpolymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)lensorhad-7DlenswearfollowedbytheperibulbarinjectionofPhosphateBufferSolution(PBS)orbFGF.Theuntreatedfelloweyeservedasacontrol.Guineapigswithnotreatmentservedasnormalgroup.·RESULTS:Theresultsshowedthat14daysofmonoculardefocusincreasedaxialeyelengthandrefraction,whilebFGFdeliveryinhibitedthemmarkedly.Further,itwasalsofoundthatthemonocular-7DlenscoulddecreasethelevelsoftypeIcollagen,α2integrinandβ1integrinexpressions,while,unlikePBS,bFGFincreasedthemsignificantlyincomparisontocontralateralcontroleyesandnormaleyes.CONCLUSION:bFGFcanpreventtheformationanddevelopmentofdefocusmyopiabyupregulatingtheexpressionsoftypeIcollagen,α2integrinandβ1integrin.Takentogether,ourresultsdemonstratethatbFGFpromotesscleraremodelingtopreventmyopiainguineapigs.
