简介:在LD端面抽运的Nd:YVO4激光器中插入Cr^4+:YAG晶体,获得了稳定的1.06μm波长的高重复率被动调Q脉冲激光输出。实验研究了抽运功率、腔长、输出镜透过率对输出功率的影响,以及不同抽运功率下脉冲重复频率和脉冲宽度的变化,并对结果进行了理论分析。当腔长为8cm,抽运功率为27W时,得到重复率37.8kHz、平均功率3.5W的调Q脉冲序列;单个脉冲能量为93μJ、脉宽为24ns、峰值功率为3.9kW。

简介:对激光辐照PV型的Hg1-xCdxTe单元探测器的响应特性进行了研究,建立了材料内部光生电动势变化的数学分析模型。计算了不同光源辐照3类组分不同的Hg1-xCdxTe探测单元的输出特性,并对温度波动影响进行了分析。结果表明:在光敏面积恒定时,x值越大探测器的完全饱和电压越大,即探测器的响应度Hg0.627Cd0.373Te〉Hg0.698Cd0.302Te〉Hg0.819Cd0.181Te;x值越小,探测器受温度波动的影响越小。

简介:辐射度定标是时间调制型FTIR数据处理中非常关键的一个环节,定标的好坏直接影响着其在应用中性能的优劣。根据光谱仪响应函数(线性或非线性)的不同,辐射度定标方法可分为线性定标和非线性定标;根据定标中采用的点数的不同可分为两点定标和多点定标。首先用MATLAB对光谱仪采集的数据进行线性度分析与仿真,然后用C++编程分别实现线性定标和非线性定标。实验结果为两点法的误差为0.1118,抛物线法的误差为0.1684,四点线性的误差为0.0599。结果表明多点线性的定标方法效果最好。采用四点线性的方法进行定标将大大提升光谱的准确度,为后面的光谱识别工作打好基础。
