简介:摘要电控燃油喷射系统是发动机的重要组成部分,随着我国对化油器车辆的明令禁止,电控燃油喷射系统技术得到了更大的推广,也广受消费者的普遍欢迎,尾气排放的多少,油耗的高低,也是影响消费者的主要因素。随着化油器的逐步淘汰,拥有电控燃油喷射系统的越来越多,随之而来的是如何解决在生活中电控燃油喷射系统遇到的各种故障。降低排气污染物、提高动力性和经济性是当代对产品提出的新要求,目前,降低污染物最有效的方法是采用电喷技术。
简介:摘要以及国内外摩托车发动机电控技术的研究现状。针对要求日益严格的摩托车排放法规,对摩托车发动机电控系统的组成和技术特点进行了分析与研究,结合中国轻骑集团生产的K162FM发动机,提出了四冲程摩托车发动机电控燃油喷射与电控点火技术总体方案;对四冲程摩托车发动机电控系统ECU进行了初步研究与开发;设计了摩托车发动机匹配试验台架,并进行了四冲程摩托车发动机电控系统硬件的选配、输入/输出信号的采集和标定、喷油器流量特性试验。
