  • 简介:目的:观察电缇针治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法:对40例失眠症患者采用电缇针治疗,通过多导睡眠仪进行规范化监测,比较治疗前后睡眠结构的差异。结果:经电缇针治疗后,失眠患者S1、S2期睡眠均较治疗前明显减少,而S3、S4期和快速动眼睡眠期均较治疗前明显增加,且患者的睡眠结构治疗前后相比,差异有统计学意义P〈0.05)。结论:电缇针治疗能有效改善失眠症症状。

  • 简介:Theabilitytomodulateanopticalfieldviaanelectricfieldisregardedasakeyfunctionofelectro-opticinterconnects,whichareusedinopticalcommunicationsandinformation-processingsystems.Oneofthemaindevicesrequiredforsuchinterconnectsistheelectro-opticmodulator(EOM).CurrentEOMsbasedonelectro-opticandelectro-absorptioneffectsoftenarebulkyandpower-inefficientduetotheweakelectro-opticpropertiesoftheirconstituentmaterials.Here,weproposeanewmechanismtoproduceanarbitrary-waveformEOMbasedonquantuminterference,inwhichbothrealandimaginarypartsofthesusceptibilityareengineeredcoherentlywithsuper-highefficiency.BasedonthisEOM,awaveforminterconnectfromthevoltagetothemodulatedopticalabsorptionisrealized.Weexpectthatsuchanewtypeofelectro-opticinterconnectwillhaveabroadrangeofapplications,includinginopticalcommunicationsandnetworks.

  • 简介:目的:探讨电针防治腰椎间盘移位的机理。方法:75只大鼠经手术造成椎间盘移位模型,成功后分为电针组,西药组,针药组,模型对照组和正常对照组,分别给予相应处理。RTPCR法测定椎间盘组织中iNOSmRNA的表达。结果:模型组犬鼠椎间盘组织iNOSmRNA表达与正常组之间比较存在显著性差异(P〈0.01);电针组、西药组、针药组对大鼠椎间盘组织iNOSmRNA表达均受抑制,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论:电针具有抑制椎间盘组织内iNOS的作用。

  • 简介:Byusingthewell-developedintegraltransformmethodology,thedynamicresponseofstressandelectricdisplacementaroundafinitecrackinaninfinitepiezoelectricstripareinvestigatedunderarbitrarydynamicanti-planeloads.Thedynamicstressintensityfactorsandelectricdisplacementareobtainedanalytically.Itisshownthatthedynamiccrack-tipstressandelectricfieldstillhaveasquare-rootsingularity.Numericalcomputationsforthedynamicstressintensityfactorshowthattheelectricloadhasasignificantinfluenceonthedynamicresponseofstressfield.Thehighertheratioofthecracklengthtothewidthofthestrip,thehigherthepeakvalueofthedynamicstressintensityfactoris.Ontheotherhand,thedynamicresponseoftheelectricfieldisdeterminedsolelybytheappliedelectricload.Theelectricfieldwillpromoteorretardthepropagationofthecrackdependingonthetimeelapsesincetheapplicationoftheexternalelectro-mechanicalloads.
