简介:Theeffectofweldingjigontheweldingstressandbucklingdistortionofthinaluminumplatejointswassimulatedbyfiniteelementmethod(FEM).Theresultsshowthattherestraintdistanceandtheheatconductionabilityofthefixturedohaveessentialeffectsontheresidualstressanddistortion.Theresidualcompressivestressanddistortionwillbeincreasingwiththeincreaseoftherestraintdistance,whiletheresidualcompressivestressanddistortionwillbedecreasingwiththeincreaseoftheheatconductionabilityofthefixture.
