简介:Aseriesofregularwaveexperimentshavebeendoneinalarge-scalewaveflumetoinvestigatethewave-inducedporepressurearoundthesubmarineshallowlyembeddedpipelines.Themodelpipelinesareburiedinthreekindsofsoils,includinggravel,sandandsiltwithdifferentburialdepth.Theinputwaveschangewithheightandperiod.Theresultsshowthattheamplitudesofwave-inducedporepressureincreaseasthewaveperiodincrease,anddecayfromthesurfacetothebottomofseabed.Higherporepressuresarerecordedatthepipelinetopandthelowerporepressuresatthebottom,especiallyinthesandseabed.Thenormalizedpressurearoundpipelinedecreasesastherelativewaterdepth,burialdepthorscatteringparametersincrease.Forthesiltseabed,thewavelettransformhasbeensuccessfullyusedtoanalyzethesignalsofwave-inducedporepressure,andtheoscillatoryandresidualporepressurecanbeextractedbywaveletanalysis.Higheroscillatorypressuresarerecordedatthebottomandthelowerpressuresatthetopofthepipeline.However,higherresidualpressuresarerecordedatthetopandthelowerpressuresatthebottomofthepipeline.
