简介：ThetechnicalfactorsofcastablesinnovationofmainirontroughinblastfurnacesofWISCOinrecenttenyearswereanalyzed,andcorrosionprocessofdensecorundum,sub-whitecorundumandbrowncorundumaggregatesinthecastablesforthemainirontroughwasresearched.Itisregardedthatthereisnoinevitablerelationbetweencastablespropertiesandservicelife,anditmustbeconsideredthatwhetherthenormaltechnicalindexinthestandardcanbeusedasjudgmentbasis.Basedontheimprovementofmatrix,theservicelife(oncethroughputofhotmetal)ofcastablesusedinmainirontroughincreasesfrom90000tonsto140000-180000tons;thepropertiesofdifferentrawmaterialsarefullyapplied,andstructureimprovementofirontroughandprogressofmaterialtechniqueareveryimportantreasons.
