Improved Oustaloup approximation of fractional-order operators using adaptive chaotic particle swarm optimization

摘要 Arationalapproximationmethodofthefractional-orderderivativeandintegraloperatorsisproposed.TheturningfrequencypointsarefixedineachfrequencyintervalinthestandardOustaloupapproximation.IntheimprovedOustaloupmethod,theturningfrequencypointsaredeterminedbytheadaptivechaoticparticleswarmoptimization(PSO).TheaveragevelocityisproposedtoreducetheiterationsofthePSO.Thechaoticsearchschemeiscombinedtoreducetheopportunityoftheprematurephenomenon.Twofitnessfunctionsaregiventominimizethezero-poleandamplitude-phasefrequencyerrorsfortheunderlyingoptimizationproblems.Somenumericalexamplesarecomparedtodemonstratetheeffectivenessandaccuracyofthisproposedrationalapproximationmethod.
