Withthecontinuousimprovementofthetrainspeed,thedynamicenvironmentoftrainsturnsouttobeaerodynamicdomination.Solvingtheaerodynamicproblemshasbecomeoneofthekeyfactorsofthehigh-speedtrainheaddesign.Giventhattheaerodynamicdragisasignificantfactorthatrestrainstrainspeedandenergyconservation,reducingtheaerodynamicdragisthusanimportantconsiderationofthehigh-speedtrainheaddesign.However,thereductionoftheaerodynamicdragmayincreaseotheraerodynamicforces(moments),possiblydeterioratingtheoperationalsafetyofthetrain.Themulti-objectiveoptimizationdesignmethodofthehigh-speedtrainheadwasproposedinthispaper,andtheaerodynamicdragandloadreductionfactorweresettobeoptimizationobjectives.Theautomaticmulti-objectiveoptimizationdesignofthehigh-speedtrainheadcanbeachievedbyintegratingaseriesofproceduresintothemulti-objectiveoptimizationalgorithm,suchastheestablishmentof3Dparametricmodel,theaerodynamicmeshgeneration,thecalculationoftheflowfieldaroundthetrain,andthevehiclesystemdynamics.Thecorrelationbetweentheoptimizationobjectivesandoptimizationvariableswasanalyzedtoobtainthemostimportantoptimizationvariables,andafurtheranalysisofthenonlinearrelationshipbetweenthekeyoptimizationvariablesandtheoptimizationobjectiveswasobtained.Afteroptimization,theaerodynamicdragofoptimizedtrainwasreducedbyupto4.15%,andtheloadreductionfactorwasreducedbyupto1.72%.
