摘要
Arylhalidesareakindofextremelyvaluablecompoundsusedintransition-metal-catalyzedcouplingreactions,aswellasimportantstructuremotifsinmanynaturalproductsandmanufactureddrugs[1,2].Theclassicalapproachforpreparationofhaloarenesiselectrophilicaromaticsubstitution(EAS)usingvarioushalogenatingreagentsoroxidativehalogenationswithhalogenatingreagentgeneratedinsitufromhalidesandoxidants,suchasperoxide,oxygenandmeta-cholorperoxybenzoicacid(mCPBA)[3,4].However,harshreactionconditionsarerequiredforhalogenationoflessactivearomatics.orthoMetalationfollowedbyhalogenquenchingisanotherapproachforhalogenationofaromatics[5].However,thereareobviousdrawbacksforthesemethods,suchaslowregioselectivity,harshconditionsandevendangerousprocedures.Therefore,thedevelopmentofanalternativeandpracticalwayremainschallengeinorganicsynthesis.
